Our Story

My name is Susan Ribaudo, I founded American Zoning Services in June 2013. I have over 20 years of expertise in planning, zoning & land development. I have established close working relationships with banks, mortgage companies, law firms, and surveyors all over the U.S.A.

    After many years in the zoning industry, I asked myself what services can I provide to my clients that no one else does? The answer I found was to provide a more concierge style of customer service, offering our clientele the latest technology to work smarter and faster. To make information accessible and easy to share anytime day or night. 

    We are a mobile society, we work from our offices, our homes, and on the road. By utilizing our online document manager our clients can communicate and share files with us 24 hours a day. Retrieve and review zoning reports and requested documents anytime day or night.

    Uploading files and surveys has often been a problem in the past due to file size, emails get kicked back but you don’t know it until the last minute and now you’re concerned the closing may not happen. No longer is this the case. Our online document manager provides our clients with the ability to upload surveys and documents without worrying about file size or the need to break up and re-send large files.

    American Zoning Services has established great working relationships with many survey companies, law firms, banks, investors, property managers and property developers as well as municipal offices and document acquisition specialists nationwide. This gives us a unique advantage over our competition and enables us to provide the most thorough research when gathering all of the applicable development regulations that govern a property.
